R-3 NURSFRY SCHOOL <br /> 4�RfiAS, on the 6th day of June, 1974, after notice as re- <br /> quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan C�nmission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of CARL TERNEUS for a special <br /> use permit to operate a day care center oY nursery school in the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, on premis¢s described as: <br /> Lot 43 of Verde Oaks Subdivision, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 1405, page 56 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder'� Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; <br /> comm4obly known as 2826 Marcella Drive; and, <br /> Wf�REAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did recommend that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted, and did file a report of <br /> its findings with this Council in support of said recommendation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT ORI�IINED BY THE QOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DBCAIVR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the findings and recommendations of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Cammission be received, p laced on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the <br /> R-3 Special Use Permit to operate a day care center or nursery school <br /> be, and it is hereby, granted to Carl Teraeus for the premises afore- <br /> said. <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and it is hereby, conditioned <br /> as provided in Section XX1. A. 1. (1-6) of the Zoning Oz�dinance of <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, as <br /> amended, and upon the further conditions that said premises and the <br /> day care center or nursery school operated thereon be licensed by and <br /> meet all the applicable rules and regulations of the State of Illinois <br /> with regard to such maintenance and operation, and further that said <br /> facility be used only for the care of the number of children permitted <br /> under said rules and regulations not to exceed in numbex a total of <br /> six (6) children, and further that the backyard of said premises be <br />
