J / � AN ORDINANCE GRANTING 5PECIAL USE PERMIT- TRUSTEES OF THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES ERIE NO. 507 WHEREAS, on the bth day of June, 1974, after notice as required by law and ordinance, The Decatur City Pla.n Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of the Trustees of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Erie No. 507, as amended, for a Special Use Permit to operate and ma.intain a private club and lodge on premises in the City of Decatur, at 602 West King Street, otherwise described as; Lots Twenty-Seven (2?), Twenty-Eight (28), Twenty-Nine (29) and Thirty (30) of Quinlan's First Addition to the City of Decatur,Illinois, as per Pla.t recorded in Book 93 Pa.ge 55 and Book 95 Pa.ge 107 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Ma.con County, Illinois, and WHEREAS, said Decatur City Pla.n Commission has reported to the Council that the proposed use will not adversely affect the com�,rehensive pla.n or the cha.racter and development of the neighborhood and has recommended that said Special Use Permit be granted subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIlVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Pla.n Commission be received, pla.ced on file and approved. SECTION 2. Tha.t upon the conditions hereina.fter set out, a 5pecial Use Permit be, and the same is hereby granted, the Trustees of the Fxaternal Order of Eagles, Erie No. 507, to operate and maintain a private club and lodge upon the premises above described. SECTION 3. That said Special Use Permit be, and it is hereby expressly conditioned that the development of said premises shall be in accordance with the site plan thereof prepa.red by J.
