BLANK and ROBERT D. WESSELINK, to rezone premises described as: Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block One (1) of Virginia Addi- tion to the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 745, page 200 of the Records in the Re- corder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois, excepting there- from that part de�cribed in Quit Claim Deed from Caterpillar Tractor Co. to the City of Decatur, Illinois, dated Septea�er 29, 1969, and zecorded in Book 1657, page 304 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence east- erly along the north line of said Lot 1, 289.73 feet to a point 7 feet westerly of the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence southerly parallel to the east line of said Lot 1 and said Lot 2 to a point on the south line of said Lot 2, 7 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence westerly along the south line of said Lot 2 to a point 17 feet westerly, by normal measurement, from the east line of said Lot 2; thence northerly parallel to the east line of said Lot 2 to a point on the south line of said Lot 1; thence north�westerly to a point 22 feet southerly by normal measurement, from the north line of said Lot 1 and 37 feet w�esterly by normal measurement, from the east line of said Lot l; thence in a westerly direction to a point 10 feet southerly by normal measurement from the north line of said Lot 1 and 147.98 feet easterly by normal measurement from the w�est line of said Lc�t l; thence westerly parallel to the north line of said Lot 1, 147.98 feet to the w�est line of said Lot l; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 1, to the place of be- ginning; from R-2 SINGL.fi FAMILY RESIDENC� DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, 4�iEREAS, the Decatur City Plan O�m�ission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted.
