�.� � � ` ' Chapter 46 � Page 8 � (b} It is unlawful for any person having knowledge that any person has been bitten by a dog or other animal to refuse to notify the Administxator or Animal Oontral WardQn, Assistant Animal Control Warden or police officer pro mptly. It is unlawful for the owner of such dag or other animal to euthan i2e, sell, give away or otherwise dispose of any such dog or otheX animal kno�m to have bitten a pe r- son until it is released by the Administrator or his authorized re- pre�entative. (c) Any v�terinarian or other p�erson vaho discove�s any dog ox ath�r animal within tk� Gi�y suffering with or showing symptoms oF xaba.es shall re�oxt sucPi facic immediately �a th� Adminis�rator, t� the A�i�zal Con�rol Wazd�n, any Assistar,t A.nzmal Control Warden or to any police officer Qf the City giv�.ng the nan�� and place of resid�nce if kno�Nn, of t�e person owning such dug and th� place v�iere the d�g ox o�hex animal may be :Eaund. All provisions hereof, othex than those specifiGally made Othex Anir�als applicable onl.y to cats, shall also apply to animals ordinarily considered wild ani.mals kept �vi.thin �he City as pets or othsrwise, � such as skunks, racaons, monkeys, oppossums, Zynx, foxes, �volves, larger membexs of the feline family, and simil.ar a�imal.s, except v�en such animals are kept penn�d or caged in a zoo operated by the City or other municipality.
