All provisions hereof, othex than those specifiGally made Othex Anir�als <br /> applicable onl.y to cats, shall also apply to animals ordinarily <br /> considered wild ani.mals kept �vi.thin �he City as pets or othsrwise, � <br /> such as skunks, racaons, monkeys, oppossums, Zynx, foxes, �volves, <br /> larger membexs of the feline family, and simil.ar a�imal.s, except <br /> v�en such animals are kept penn�d or caged in a zoo operated by the <br /> City or other municipality.
