� �' �'� f � � '� � 10 For erection of ground, wall and projecting signs - $6.00 per square feet of sign s urface for the first 60 square feet of sign or part thereof and $1.00 for each additional 10 square feet of sign or part thereoS over 60 square feet; For the erection of roof signs and billboards - $20.00; Cubic content for all buildings shall be computed by multi- plying the square footage at grade by the height measured from the bottom of the Io�vest floor to the average of the roof line, except single family and �wo family residences in which case the square footage at grade shall be multiplied by 15 for one story structures without basement; by 20 for one story structures with basement; or for twc� story structures without basement; and by 25 for two story structures with basement. In all cases the minimum permit fee shall be $10,00. Regular inspections shall be made by the Building Offi,cial or his authorized agents during the progress of construction worlc. At the time of the issuance of a building permit the Building Offi- cial sha11 issue to the applicant request for progress inspectzon cards which shall be used by the person performing the work to notify the Building Of�ficial first when the footings and foun�iation are com- pleted, secondly when the structure is framed, and thirdly upon final completion and inspections shall be accomplished at each or said stages, and if the vo rk is approved, the person ma:cing the inspect ion shall endorse such fact upan the permit. I:E, due to the failure of the v,rork to comply with the requirements of this ordinance or with other ordinances of the Cityof Decatur or statutes of the State of Illinois, a re-inspection is required, application for the same shall be made at the office of the Suilding Official and shall be accompanied by a fee of $10.00. 34. That type of construction which is commonly known as pole building construction is prohibited except in industrial z ones where such structures may be used only for the storage of non-combustible material. Permits for the same shall be accompanied with plans a nd specifications as is requi.re d for other structures.
