� -� � , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 59� <br /> � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of January, 1974, after notice as xe- <br /> quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Canmission held <br /> a public hearing upon the petition of THOMAS W. BOOTH to re2one <br /> premises described as: <br /> Lot 3 of Martin Forstmeyer 's Subdivision of Block A, ex- <br /> cept the West 55 feet of the North 120 feet thereof; as <br /> per plat recorded in Book 16 at page 38 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder 's Of�ice of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> fro m R-S TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 M[TLTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WI-�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petitian be granted. <br /> NOW� 1HERfiFURE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, IL�I.INOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendations of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same are lzere by, received, placed on file, and <br /> approved. <br /> Sectio n 2. That said described premises be, and they are here by, <br /> rezoned fro m R-5 TWU FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELL- <br /> ING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and define d in OY dinance No. 3512 of the C ity of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions, regula ti ons, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> sha 11 apply to the premises above described here in. <br /> Section 4.
