That East bound and West bound vehicular <br /> traffic be, and the same is hereby, permitted in, on and along <br /> the alley extending from South 22nd Street to Sonth 23rd Street <br /> and situated between East Main Street and East Wood Street in <br /> tt�e City. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Public Wori�s be, and <br /> he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause appropriate signs <br /> to be placed in said alley indicating that two-way traffic is per- <br /> mitted therein. <br /> Section 3. That those parts of all ordinances in con- <br /> flict mith the provisions of this ordinance be, and the same are <br /> hereby, modified and amended to accord with the proVisions hereof. <br /> Section 4.
