� � �� ' . ��":� �t ' 4'�� 3g ORDINANCE NO. 5895 � - � J "' : . ��LR��2 - AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT SOUTH DECATUR SECOND ADDITION 4thiEREAS, THE CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK OF DECATUR� TRUSTEE, the owner af all premises abuttinq thereon has reques�ed the �acation of an easement for public utility purposes described as fol3ows: The South 5 feet of the West 110.6 feet of Lot 23 and the North 5 feet of the West �.10.6 feet of Lot 24 of Soitth Decatux Second Addition, as per Plat Yecorded in Book I5�5, page 109 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said owner has submitted a DeclaYation of Vacation a� said easement which contains therein the dedication of a ne w ease- ment over the South 10 feet of said Lot 24; and, WhCREAS, there are no public utilitie� and no public service facilities or othe r improvements located within said easement sough� to be vacated; and, Wf-IEREAS, the Council has determined and does hereby deterr�ine that the public in�erest will be subserved by tho vaca4:ion of �aid easement above described.
