Roby and I inspected Lot Sixty- <br /> seven (67) Ravina Park Manor Third Addition, to consider the vacation <br /> of the easterly three feet of the existing ten foot easement on the <br /> westerly line of said lot. It appears to be approx. 3' x 125' or <br /> 375 sq. ft. <br /> The purpose of the inspection was to estimate the fair compensation, <br /> in our opinion, that would accrue to the owner from the benefits <br /> derived from this vacation. <br /> Based on our inspection of the subject property and our knowledge oP <br /> the real estate market , it is our opinion the fair compensation that <br /> would accrue to the purchasers from the benefits derived from the <br /> described easement vacation would be Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. <br /> We hereby certify that we have no present or contemplated future inter- <br /> est in the subject property and that the remuneration for the appraisal <br /> Was not contingent upon the value as found.
