} 1� � � � ORDINANCE NO. �Q 7 rO �� � r ORDINANCE REGLJLATING PARKING ON MUNICIPAI. CENrER PREMISES BE IT ORDiAINED BY THE WUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECANR, ILLINOIS: I Section 1. That when signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, no motor vehicle shall be parked, or permitted to be parked and lePt standing for a continuous period of two hours or more in the Horth 85 feet of the West 110 feet of the premises at the Municipal. Center of the City, said premises being described as: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot Two (2) in Block One (1) of William Martin's Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per plat recorded in Book U, Page 748 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon Gbunty, Illiaois ; thence W�est 50 feet; thence South 177 feet; thence East 50 feet; thence North 177 feet to the place of be9inning; also, the West 96 feet of said Lot Two (2) ; also, the East 90 feet of Lot Three (3) and the North 62.3 feet of Lot Four (4) and the North 62.3 feet of the West 71 feet of Lot Five (5) in sa id Block One (1) of sa id Addit ion of Outlots, all situated in the Cbunty of Macon, Illinois; and being commonly knovm as the premises owned by the City at 707 East S�dood Street in t� City of Decatur, Illinois. Section 2. That when signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof no motor vehicle shall be pa rked or permitted to be parked and left standing in any place or area on said described prenises designated by such signs or markings as a no parking area. Section 3. That in addition to the foregoing provisions of this ordinance, r�en signs or marYings are provided giving notice t��ereot, no motor vehicle shall be parked, or permitted to be paxked and left standing at any place on said describecl premises unless; a. Such motor vehicle is a vehicl� oumed by the City; or, b. Such motor vehicle has displayed thereon a decal, si9n, insignia or device issued as provided in this ordinance; or, c. S�zch vehicle is parked in connection with and because of a business `�isit by an occupant thereof at the Municipal Center, and then only for the period necessary to conduct such business. Section 4. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, au�horized to cause such decals, signs, insignia or device as he may select, and to cause the same to be issued for display upon vehicZes, other than those ovaned by the City, the parking of which upon the Municipal Center premises described aforesaid is necessary or desirable in his judgment to facilitate
