The said tract of Zand is more particularly describ�d as follows: The West 1942.1Z feet of th� NW 1/4 of said Section 6 lying Sou�L3':� o�' the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and the West 1183.00 feet of the north 1059.25 feet o�E the S;V Z/4 of sazd Section 6.
