� .� . � ✓' <br /> . � <br /> �; . � . <br /> �/,��' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ���'l' <br /> � <br /> � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY' TO THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> UhiEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of Debron Corporation, a <br /> corporation, requesting the premises described as: <br /> The tract of land is part of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 <br /> of Section 6, T16N, R3E of the 3rd P.M. and part of Lot 1 <br /> and Lot 2 in the S[4 1/4, Section 6, T16N, R3E of the 3rd <br /> P.M. as per plat recorded in Book 22, Page 149 of the records <br /> of the xecorder of deeds in Macon County, Illinois. The <br /> said tract of land is moxe particularly described as follows: <br /> The �dest 1942.-12 feet of the NW 1/4 of said Section 6 lying <br /> Sou�3�s1?o� the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad and the West <br /> 1183.00 feet of the north 1059.25 feet of the SW 1/4 of <br /> said �ection 6. The said tract of land contains 76.02 acres <br /> more or less, <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is shown by the affidavit that said petition is signed <br /> by all of the ov�a�ers of record of premises in said above described <br /> property, and that there are no electors residing therein; and <br /> Wf-�REAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> I1linois, and is not a part of any city, village, or incorporated town <br /> or municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on said annexation <br /> has been given as provided by statute; i <br /> NOLV, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-iE CITY � <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
