<br /> Customer shall enter into and maintain in force a Maintenazice A�rcement with a maintenance organization
<br /> acceptable to 1TEL covering at least prime shift maintenance. of ttie machines. Customer will cause the maintenance
<br /> organization to keep the machines in good worl:.ing order in accordance with the provisions of such Maintenance
<br /> Agreenient and to make all necessary adjustments and repairs to the tnachines, and Customer shali allow such
<br /> maintenance organization access to the machines for such purpases. Said mainte.uance organization is hereby author- i
<br /> ized.to accept the directions .of Customer with.xe.�ert to sueh mauatenavice, ad}ushnents.and r�pa.irs.
<br /> Charges for the iVlaintenance Agreeme�t and all other maintenance and service charges, including installation .
<br /> and dismantiing, shall be borne by Customer, and Customer agrees promptly to reimburse ITEL for any amount
<br /> thereof paid by ITEL. ITEL shall be responsible for delivering and/or acquiring one complete set of cable for the
<br /> machines.
<br /> All machines shall be inst�llled and operated in ptaces meeting at all times the minimum staudard of the National
<br /> Board of Fire Underwriters `or the protection of Electronic Connputer Systems as recommeuded by the iv'ational
<br /> FireProtectirn� Association. ITEL ' s acceptance and signing of this contract confirms that the
<br /> City ofi Decatur meets the mir,imum standards of the Nation�l Board 4f Fire
<br /> 6. RiskofLoss. Underwriters for the Protection of Electronic Computer Systems as \
<br /> Customer shall have no resgonsibility for direct physical damage to or destruction of the machines resutting .�
