<br /> to aid in financing one or more urban renewal, low-rent housing,or redevelopment proiects(herein called the"Project")of the �
<br /> character authori2ed thereunder and described in a Resolution adopted on the daTe indicated above,and assisted pursuent to the
<br /> ubove described Federal Statute under a contract or contracts(herein calfed the"Contract�')between the Local Issuing Agency t
<br /> and the United Stotesof America. Both the principal of and interest on this Note are payable in any coin or currency of the United !"
<br /> Stotes of America which on the date of poyment thereof is legal tender for the payment of public and private debts. �
<br /> Pursuont to said Co�tract,and in furtherance of the financing of the Project,the Local Issuing Agency and the United$tates �
<br /> have entered into the above-identified Requisition Agreement under which the latter has agreed,without limiting in any manner �
<br /> the unquolified Payment Agreement of the United$tates endorsed on the reverse of this Note and the pledge of its full faith and I
<br /> credit os stoted therein,to make o specific loan payment to the Local Issuing Agency on or prior to said Maturity Date in an amount �
<br /> sufficient to pay the principal of and interest to moturity on this Note and the other Notes of said Authorized Iss�e,and to cause �
<br /> to be deposited with the Paying Agent,for the benefit of the holders of such Notes,an amount sufficient to pay such principal and (
<br /> interest to maturity. The above-identified Resolution irrevocably pledges first to such payments the proceeds of said loan and all
<br /> contributions,funds and amounts authorized or required 6y the Contract to be applied to the payment of Project Loan Notes.
<br /> This Note sholl not constitute a debt or indebtedness of the State or of any town,ciry,county or municipality,or political
<br /> subdivision thereof,withinthe meaning of any constitutionul, statutory,(ocal law,or charter provision,and neither the State nor �
<br /> ' any such town,city,county,municipality,or political eatity or subdivision,other than the Local Issuing Agency, shall be lieble

<br /> form,ond manner as required by law: Provided,That this Note shall not be valid until the Paying Agent shall have executed the
