That the Zoning Ordinance of the City oi <br /> Decatur, Illinois, the same being Ordinance No. 3512, passed on the <br /> 8th day of February, 1960, as heretofore amended, be, and the same <br /> is hc�eby, amended so that Section XXI. C. shall provide as follows; <br /> C. RESIDEI�TCE DEVEIAPN�NT PLAr1. An authorized agency <br /> of the Municipal, County, State or Federal Government, <br /> oz the o�ti�er or owners oi any tract of lancl com�rising <br /> an area of not less th.an 3 acres, may submit to the City <br /> Council oF the City of Decatur, a plan for the use and <br /> development o_E alI of the tract o�' land for residential <br /> and allied purposes. The development plan shall be refer- <br /> red to the City Plan Commission for study and repor�t ana <br /> for public hearing. Notice and publication of such public <br /> hearing sh�11 conform to the procedures prescrib�d in Sec- <br /> �ion XXVII for hearings on changes and amendment. If the <br /> Commission approve� the plans, these shall then be submitted <br /> to the �ty Council for consideration and action.
