Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THE CO�tTNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the Regular Municipal Election to be held pur�ant to la w be, and the sa�e is he reby, called to be held in and for the City of Decatur, Illinois, on the 17th day of April, 1973, for the purpose of electing three (3) persons to the office of Councilman of said City. Section 2. That the Iegal voters of said City shall vote in the electi�on precinct established by ordinance in vdzich they re- spectively reside and at the polling place shoro� for the particular precinct as set out in the list hereto attached and made a part here- of marked "List of Polling Places and Addresses Thereof." Section 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be published in a newspa�ier as required hy law notice of tiffie and place of said Regular Municipal Election and tl� officers to be elected. Section 4. That said Clerk be, and she is hereby, authori- zed and directed to cause pYoper ballots for said election to be printed and distzibuted to the judges of election in the time and manner required by law and to cause to be prepared and furnished to sach judges sample ballots together with instructions for the guidance of voters in each of said election precincts and to eau�e a sample ballot to be publishe d as required by law and to do all other act� and things with regard to said electioa as may be required by the applicable laws of the Stat� of Illinois relati.ng thereto.
