� . .t �. <br /> . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5 7 � 3 <br /> t <br /> � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> 6�h-IEREAS, on the lst day of March, 1973, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of GRACE BEASd.,EY to rezone <br /> premises described as follows: <br /> Lot 33 ot Greenwich Gardens, Decatur, <br /> Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book 802, <br /> Page 72 of the records in the Recorder�s <br /> Off ice of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from R-2 SINGLE FAhiILY DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT, for the North <br /> 169.58 feet thereof, and from R-2 SINGLE FAbiZLY DISTRICT to B-2 �OM[�RCIAL <br /> DISTRICT for the remainder thereof; and <br /> L•�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be in part granted and in part disapproved. <br /> NOba THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby in part approved and <br /> in part disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That the North 169.58 feet of the above described <br /> premises be and they are hereby rezoned from R-2 SINGLE FAMILY <br /> DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT and that the remainder of said <br /> premises be rezoned to B-2 COMN�RCIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein <br /> shall be sho�m and verified on the District Zoning D7ap as in such <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 providec� and said districts be, and they are hereby, <br /> amended and changed as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PE1S�D, APPROVED & RECORDED this 19th day of <br /> March, 1973. <br /> . �MAYOR <br /> ATTE ST: <br /> �� � <br /> ITY CLERK <br />� <br />
