.. , ' � a � " ORDINANCE NO. � 7 b �--- AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY �� Wf-IEREAS, on the Ist day of March, 1.973, after notice as required by la w and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of LUND'S CYCLE SPORTS to rezone premises described as follows: The West 44 feet of the South 88 feet 2 inches of Lot Thirty-four (34) and the ��Iest 44 feet of the North 69.5 feet of Lot Thirteen (13), all located in Greenwich Gardens Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 802, Page 72 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, I1linais, from R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONII�tERCIAL DISTRTCT; and Wf-�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS; Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That the said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned fxom R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONIl�IEKCIAL DISTRICT. Section 3. That the districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defi.ned in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, I1linois, comrnonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and a11 the provisions, regulations, restxictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 35I.2 provided and said districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set Porth.
