That the report and recox�nendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-3 Residence Development Plan <br /> authorized as aforesaid by Ordinance No. 5146 as subsequently amended <br /> and modified to date by this Council for the development of the premises <br /> as aforesaid in accordance therewith be and the same is hereby further <br /> amended and modified to authori2e partition of the land into lots of <br /> record and construction on the premises aforesaid in the manner set <br /> out in the site plan dated March 6, 1973, and marked Exhibit A hereto <br /> attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
