Wf-�R,�AS, there has been filed with the City C1erk of the City of Decatuz, Illinois, the sworn petition of CLIFFORD KOCI�N- DORFER AND OTI�RS requesting that premises described as; I Lots 65, 66 and 67 of Ellendale, as per Plat re- � corded in Book 64b, page 278 of the Records in ' the Recorders' Office of Macon County, Illinois; � Also all ortions of public highwaqs within or � � � P next and adjacent thereto; ; be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed by all of the owners of record of premises in said above de- � scribed property and by all of the electors residing therein; and ' WF�REAS, said territoYy is contiguous to the City of Decatur, " Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporate d Toam, � or other Municipality; and WFIEREAS, notice of i.ntention to take action on annexation of said territory has been given as provided by statute. NpW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDATNED BY THE CAUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 1?ECATUR� ILLINOIS: Sectio n 1. That the said territo�y herinabove described be, and the same is hereby, annex�d to and is hereby, incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois, for recordin g.
