STEVEN90N 4VHERfiAS, on the lst day of Flebrua�y, 1973, after notice as required by law and ordi�ance, the Decatur City P1an Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of RICHARD F. STEVEN9�N for a special use periait to operate a day care center or nursery school on premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois, described as: Lot 3 and the Ea$t '� of Lot 4 in Block 3 of East Park Boulevards, an Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat Yecorded in Book 22, page 510 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. (Sxcept coal and other mineral rights) and commonly knot+ar� as 1645 fiast William Stre�t, Decatur, Illinois; and 4+hiERfiAS, said Decatur City Plan Commai�sion did recommend that the prayer of said petition bes granted and did file a report of its fi.nding� with this Council in snpport of said recammendation. NOW, TI�REFOI�� Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL � THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the fi.ndings and recom�ndations of the Decatur City Plan Commissi�n be received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon th e conditio ns hereinafter mentioned,an R-5 �ecial Use Permit to op�rate a day care center or nursery school be, and it is hereby, granted to RICHARD F. STEVENSON for the premises aforesaid. Section 3. That said permi.t be, and it is hereby, conditioned as provided in Section 3�CI. A.1. (1-6) of the Zoning Ordinanae of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the same bein g Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, and upon the further conditions tha t said premis�s and th� day care center or nursery school operated thereon be licensed by and m�et all the appli- cable rules and regulat ions of the State of Illinoi� with regard � such maintenance and operation, and further that said facility be used only for the care of the number of children permitted under the rules and re gula- tions of the State as aforesaid not to exceed in number a total of 7 child- rea, and further that shauld said permittee fail to perform any or a11 of the aforesaid conditions, this pern�it shall terminate and be revoked.
