MONDAY, FEBRUARY 5 , 1973 <br /> On Monday, February 5, 1973 , the City Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illincis met in regizlar meeting at 7:30 P. M. at their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the Council Chambers at 355 East <br /> Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor James H. Rupp presided; together <br /> with him being Councilmen John F. Dunn, Clarence R. Flint, Frank J. <br /> Grossman, Robert w. Mallow and. Elmer W. Walton. Councilman John W. <br /> Ziese was absent. Six members of the Council were present. <br /> * * * * * <br /> 49380 Ordi.nance No. 5768 , authcrizing acquisition, construction and <br /> financinq pollution control facilities and economic development projects, <br /> and the lease, sale and financinq thereof to or for any person and <br /> providing for the issuance of revenue bonds, and establishing procedures <br /> in respect thereto, was presented and read. <br /> Councilman Mallow moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Flint. <br />� After discussion by the Council, Councilman Dunn moved that <br /> Ordinance No. 5768 , be tabled for one week; seconded by Councilman <br /> Walton, and on call of the roll, Councilman Dunn- -voted ave. Councilmen <br /> F'lint, Grossman, Mallow, Wal.ton and Mayor Aupp voted nay. The Motion <br /> failed to carry. <br /> Upon call of the roll on the m��tion to pass and adopt 0=dinance <br /> No. 5768 , Councilmen Flint, Grossman, Mallow, Walton and Mayor Rupp <br /> voted aye. Councilman Dunn abstained. The motion was carried. <br /> * * * * * <br />
