BE IT ORDA.II�D BY T'HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECAIUR, ILLIIVOIS: Section 1. That the Regular Municipal Primary Election to be held pursuant to 1aw be, and the same is hereby, called to be held in and for the City of Decatur, Illinois, on the 27th day of February, 1973, for the purpose of nominating six (6 ) candidates for the office of Councilman of said City. Section 2. That tlze legal voters of said City shall vote in tlze election precinct established by ordinance in which they re- spectively reside and at the polling place shown for the particular precinct as set out in the list he reto attached and made a part hs re- of marked "List of Polling Places and Addresses Thereof. " Section 3. That th e City Clerk be, a nd she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be published in a newspaper as required by law notice of time and place of said Regular Municipal Primary Election and the officers to be nominated. Section 4. That sa id Clerk be, a nd she is he�eby, authori- zed and directed to cause proper ballots for said election to be printed and distributed to the judges of elect ion in the time and manner required by law and to cause to be prepared and furnished to such judges sample ballots together with instructions for the guidance of voters in each of said election precincts and to cause a sample ballot to be pub- lished as required by law and to do all other acts and things with re- gard to said election as may be required by the applicable laws of the State of Illinois relating thereto.
