S�y� <br /> AN OR DINANCE REZANING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of December, 1972, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Cammission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petiti aai of THOMAS B. BRINKOETTER to <br /> rezone premises described as follows: <br /> The South 36'7.04 feet of the North 392.04 feet of <br /> ' the West 652.49 Eeet of the East 802.49 feet of the <br /> Northw�st Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Sec- <br /> tion 18, Tov�mship 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd <br /> P.M., except the f�llowing described tracts Begin- <br /> ning at the Northwost corne r of Lot 1 in Illinois <br /> Power Addition, Decatur, Illinois; thence North 196.02 <br /> feet along the East line of 2?th Street; thence fiast <br /> 579.20 feet along a line parallel with the North line <br /> of said Illinois Pow�er Company Addition; thence South <br /> 196.02 feet to a point on the North line of said I1linois <br /> Power O�mpany Addition; thence West 579.98 feet to the <br /> place of beginning; <br /> from R-3 SINGL.E FAMILY RESIL1ENCfi DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DiniELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and <br /> WEIERE�AS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recomme�ded that <br /> the pray�r of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW� TFEREFORE� BE IT ORDAIPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF T�iE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR� ILLINOISs <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned fram R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT �o R-6 <br /> MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereina bove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordina nce, and all <br /> the prov isions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
