� INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS <br /> � <br /> For Construction of: 2016 Manhole Rehabilitation Project <br /> � City Project No.: 2016-32 <br /> � Owner: City of Decatur, Illinois <br /> � The Owner invites bids on the forms included as part of this Document to be submitted at <br /> such time and place as is stated in the Advertisement for Bids. All blanks in the Bid Proposal <br /> must be appropriately filled in with typewriter or ink. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder <br /> � to see that the bid is received in proper time to be date, time stamped, and initialed by the <br /> Purchasing Agent or designee. <br /> � The Owner may consider non-conforming any bid not prepared and submitted in <br /> accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. <br /> Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized <br /> � postponement thereof.
