2 <br />' and shall do, perform and carry out in a satisfactory and proper <br /> manne r, as determined by the Local Public Agency, the f�llowing: <br /> All the services described in the Referral Counseling <br /> Service Proposal designated Part I and attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> It is expressly understood and agreed that the REVIS�D BUDGET - REFERRAL <br /> COUNSELING SERVIC�S PROPOSAL, dated December 15, 1972, submitted with <br /> said Referral Counseling Service Proposal replaces th� budget found on <br /> page 14 of said Proposal. This revised budget may be amended by the Con- <br /> tractor but amendments of more than ten pexcent (10�) to any annual line <br /> item in the budget must be ap�roved in writing by the Director of the De- <br /> partment of Community Development. <br /> It is expressly understood and agreed that the Oontractor, in providing <br /> the Referral Counseling Sexvices provided for by this Agreement, wi11 <br /> operate from the Torrence Park Site Office, 921 North Jasper Street, <br /> Decatur, Illinois, rather than from the Torrence Park Center, 1320 East <br /> Leafland Street, Decatur, Illinois, as originally proposed. <br /> It is further agreed that the Local Public Agency will structu�al,ly alter <br /> and partition the Torrence Park Site Office to provide separate, private <br /> office facilities for the Referral Counseling Program. The Local Public <br /> Agency will also provide all off ice equipment �ich in the opinion of the <br /> Contractor and the Director of the Department of Community Development <br /> are necessary for the performance of th is Agreement . <br /> Al1 books, records, documents and other material produced or compiled by <br /> or provided to the ContYactor in pe rforming this Contrac� shall become <br /> the property of the Local Public Agency at the co�apletion of the Contract. <br /> The books and records referred to herein shall inclu de but shall not be <br /> limited to "hourly activity records, " "records of contacts, " "monthly <br /> su�anary of work, " "mileage vouclzers, " and "household files. " <br /> 2. TIN� OF PERFORMA.NCE: <br /> e services of the Contractor are to oommence on the /�,�, day of <br /> , 19� 3 , and sha 11 cant inue until June 25, 1976, or <br /> un 1 the c letion date of the Torxence Park Urban Renewal Project de- <br /> signated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as ILL. R-100, <br /> v�ichever is earlier. Provided, however, this Agreement may be terminated <br /> on any of its annual anniversary dates by giving to the other party hereto <br /> written notification of intent to terminate no�t less than thirty (30) da,ys <br /> prior to the annual anniversary date on which termination is sought. <br /> 3. COMPEATSATION: <br /> For the performance of this Agreement, the Local Public Agency shall <br /> pay to the Contractor in the manner provided in the "Method of Pay- <br /> merrt" section of this Agreement a total amount not to exceed NINETY <br /> 1HREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIC�iT DOLLARS ($93,158.00) PROVIDED,that <br />
