.� • 4 i � . b ORDINANCE NO. .S�� AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING R-5 RESIDEI�TT DEVELOPMENT PLAN REAL ESTATE DEVEIAPN�NT OOMPANY WI-iEREAS, on the 5th day of October, 1972, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Comnnission held a public hearing upon the petition of REAL ESTATE DfiVELOPMENT O�MPANY to modify the R-5 Residence Development Plan as theretofore authorized by Ordinance No. 5644 as to premises described as: A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quaxter of Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , described as: Beginning at a point on the East line of the NE� of the NE4 of said Section 35, 974.88 feet South of the North- east corner; thence South 350.0 feet to the So�zth- east corner of the NE14 of the NEl�; thence West 1315.6 feet to the Southwest corner; thence North 1264.0 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line of East Mound Road; thence East 350.0 feet; thence South 964.88 feet; thence East 965.17 feet to the point of beginning; situated in the County of Macon and State of Illinois; and WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted and that the modification of said R-S Residence Development Plan be authorized as requested therein. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAZNED BY THE O�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECAT[T R, I LLI NO I S: Section l. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed �an file and approved. Section 2. That the aforesaid R-5 Residence Development Plan authorized as aforesaid for the development of said described premises � be, and the same' is hereby, �modified and petitioners, they being the de- velopers of said premises be, and they are hereby, authorized to coristruct on the premises aforesaid in the manner set out in Exhibit A here to attached and here by ma de a part hereof, the same being entitled Identification Sign Plan, Carriage House of Decatur, Date: Sept. 13, 1972, shown thereon in the manner set out therein and said Plan be, and the same is hereby, modi- fied and amended in accordance th� ewith.
