That the Zoning Ordinance, the same being <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois be, and the <br /> same is hereby, amended at Section XIX B. 6. so that said section <br /> as so amended provide as follows: <br /> 6. Off-street parking facilities may be <br /> located within the frant yard of any 'B" or <br /> "M" District but shall not be nearer than 50 <br /> feet to any "O" or "R" District, and no off- <br /> street parking shall be permitted in the re- <br /> quired front yard of any "O" or "R" District. <br /> Section 2. That Section XXIIT. C. of said Ordinance be, <br /> and the sane is hezeby, amended so that the last paragraph thereof <br /> as so a�ended provide as follows: <br /> "In addition to other forms of notice which <br /> ieay be from time to time required or directed to <br /> be given of the pendancy of a hearing upon a peti- <br /> tion under this section, a temporary sign shall be <br /> posted on or at the premises �ich are the subject <br /> of said petition which said sign shall be so po�ted <br /> continuously for a perio d of not l�ss than 10 days <br /> before the hearing upon said petition and shall be <br /> not less than 3 square feet in size and shall state <br /> substantially as follows: <br /> "Actio n under the City Zoninq Ordinance af- <br /> fecting these premises has been requested.
