Betw��n LQts 39 and �O, bein� appxaxzmately 118 ft. long and 5 ft. wicle <br /> on Lo°e �0 ane� 8 ft. wide on 1.ot 39. <br /> 2. Betwe�n Lots 20 aod 21, being 5 ft. vaide on each side and app�roximately <br /> 81.98 ft. long. <br /> The apparent zoning for this axea is R/2 Ot�e Family ResidPntial. The areas <br /> in question would be sid� yards and required is minimum of 8 ft. with <br /> aggzegate of 16 ft. Ther�fore, it appears the land could only be used a� side <br /> yaxcis. <br /> We were advised th� reason for vacation was to build larger homes on twa lots <br /> rather than smaller homes on each lot. <br /> It is our oginion the vacation would not increase the value of the land being <br /> one large lot over the value of twa smaller lots.
