. ; �, � ✓ <br /> _ , <br /> ORD I NANCE NO. �"-�f `'' <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day o� July, 1972, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Ernest W. <br /> Dworak, to rezone premises described as follows: <br /> The East Two (2) acres of Lot Seven (7) of North <br /> Side Addition of Out Lots to Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 335, page 182 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder� s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> except a tract of land described as follows: <br /> From the Northwest Corner, Section 1, Township 16 <br /> North, Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Nieridian, <br /> in Macon County, Illinois, measure South Six feet, <br /> �hence South 89 degrees 17 minutes East 28 feet to <br /> �he point of beginning "A" . <br /> From the point of beginning "A" , measure North 40 <br /> feet to point "B" ; thence South 89 degrees and 17 <br /> minutes East 132 feet to point "C" ; thence South <br /> 40 feet to point "D" ; thence North 89 degrees and <br /> 17 minutes West 132 feet to the point of beginning <br /> "A" , except that portion lying within the limits <br /> of the present highway, containing .015 acres, more <br /> or less. <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FANIILY DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OH DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and <br /> they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT to I�i-1 <br /> LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />
