Wf-IEREAS, on the 6th day of Juiy, 1972, after notice as required by la w and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of CHRISTIEIN HONiES, INC. to amend , the special use permit heretofore ordained by this Council in Urdi- nance No. 5577 on September 13, 1971, applicable to premises in the City of Decatur, described as: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3 ) of Broadmoor Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 982, page 21 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Also, a part of the South East 4 of the South East 12 of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Sixteen (16 ) North, Range Two (2) East of t�e 3�rd P.M� , described as Follows: Begir�ning at the North East corner af said Lot 3; thence East along the North line of the South East � of the South East '�, of said Section 21 to the North _ East corner of the South East � of the South East 4 of said Section 21, thence South 525 feet along the.
