WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1972, after notice as required by la w and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of CHRISTIAN HOMES, INC. to amend the special use permit heretofore ordained by this Council in Ordi- nance No. 5577 on September 13, 1971, applicable to premises in the City of Decatur, describe d as: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3 ) of Broadmoor Place, as per Plat recorded in Book 982, page 21 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Also, a part of the South East 4 of the South East t:t of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Si xteen (16 ) North, Range Two (2) Bast of the 3rd P.M. , described as follows: Beginning at the North East corner of said Lot 3; thence East along the North line of the South East 4 of the South East '-t of said Section 21 to the North East corner of the South East 4 of the South East 14 of said Section 21, thence South 525 feet along the East line of the South East 1�. of the South East 4 of said Sectio n 21 to the North East corner of Broadmoor Place Second, as per Plat recorded in Book 982, page 46 of the RecoYdS in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence West along the North line of said Broadmoor Place Second 1081.5 feet to the East line of Lot 6 of said Broadmoor Place; thence North along the East line of Lots 6 and 5 of said Broadmoor Place to a point lying 13 feet South of the North East corner of said Lot 5 of Broadmoor Place; thence fiast 12 feet; thence North 109 feet to a point lying 12 feet E�st of the North East corner of said Lot 4 of Broadmoor Place; thence East 30 feet along the North line of said Lot 4 of Broadrnoor Place extended; thence North along the fiast line of Lot 3 of Broadmoor Place extended and along the East line of said Lot 3, a distance of 295.3 feet to the point of beginning. Situated in the County of Macon, State of Illinois. and WI�REAS, said City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be approved. NOW THEREFORfi, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; Section 1. That the, report and recommen dation of the City Plan Commission be, a nd the same is hereby, received, placed on file and in part approved and in part disapproved.
