S t� /� / <br /> AN ORDINANCB GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT - <br /> R-1 WATER TREATN�NT PLANT <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1972, after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of the Director of Community Development, <br /> for a special use permit to construct and operate a water treatment <br /> plant in an R-1 Single Family Residence Distxict, on the following <br /> described premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois: <br /> The Northwest Quarter (NWt+�4) of the Northeast <br /> Qua rter (NE 4) of Section 4, Township 16 North, <br /> Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. ; and the South- <br /> Tnnest Quarter (SW14) of the Southeast Quarter <br /> (SE 4) of Section 33, Township 1� North, Range <br /> 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , in the County of Macon, <br /> Illinois; <br /> and <br /> 4�iEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commissio�n did recommend that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted and did file a report with this <br /> Couneil in support of said Yecommendation. <br /> NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COtJNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS. <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatux <br /> City Plan Commission aforesaid be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> I <br /> Section 2. That a special use permit be, and it is hereby, granted � <br /> to the City of Decatur, Illinois, to construct and operate a water <br /> treatment plant and appurtenent facilities on the above described premises. <br /> PRESENTED this 31st day of July, 1972.
