Walter� s Second Fairland Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 802, page 127, of the Records in the Recorder� s Office of i�Iacon County, Illinois. from R-3 SIi�1GLE F�I�ZILY DIST�ICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and Wi-�.REAS, the Decatur City Plan Comrnission recommended that tne prayer of said pe�ition be granted. That the recorzmendation of the Deca-�ur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, approved. Section 2. That said above descriUed premises be, and tiiey are hereby, rezoned from FZ-3 SIlVGLE FAi�'iILY DISTr;ICT to O-1 Oi�FIC�; DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrict�ons and requirements the-rein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4.
