, .� t • , OPDINANCE NO. � � 8�' AN ORDINANCE l3I�iENDING SPECIAL USE I'ER�'IIT - iYIOBII E I�iOME PE1RK -- RALPH BARDING ?��,1I-IEREAS, on the 6th day of July, 1972, after notice as required by lazv and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of RALPH BARDING, to amend the special use permit heretofore ordained by this Council in Ordinance No. 5182 on the 16th day of June, 1969, and subse- quently amended by this Council in Ordinance No. 5217 on the 25th day of August, 1969, applicable to premises in the City of Decatur, described as: A part of the 6Vest half (W. 1�2) of the Southeast qizarter (S. E. 1�4) , Section 35, and of the East half (E. 1�2) of the Southwest quarter (S. W. 1�4) , Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.N1. , Macon County, Illinois, in particular �escribed as follocvs: beginning at a point on the East line of said West half (W. 1�2) Southeast quarter, (S. E. 1�4) , Section 35, 1,571.19 feet North of the North right of way line of State Bond Issue Route No. 48; thence North 1,066.60 feet to the Northeast corner of said West half (W. 1�2) , Southeast quarter (S. E. 1�4) , Section 35; thence West 1,522.97 feet along the North lines of said West half (W. 1�2) , Southeast quarter (S. E. 1�4) , Section 35, and the East half (E. 1�2) Southwest quarter (S. Ld. 1�4) , Section 35, to a point on the East right of way line of Illinois Central Railroad Company; thence South 1,041.20 feet to a point 1,510.48 feet North of the North right of way line of State Bond Issue Route No. 48 ; thence East 1, 497.85 feet to the place of beginning. Containing in all, 36.54 acres more or less. and WHEREAS, said City Plan Coznmission did report its find- ings and did recommend that the prayer of said petition be approved.
