WHE�AS, said DecatuY Major Street Plan was so modified <br /> and the owner of said land has now requested a release of said <br /> dedication; and <br /> WHEREAS, said land is not required or useful to the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, for highway purposes. <br /> NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY �THE COUNCIL OF 1Z-IE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the conditional dedication of record as <br /> aforesaid, and as shoam on the plat hereto attached and hereby made <br /> a part hereoP be, and the same is hereby, released and vacated. <br /> Sect ion 2.
