That when appropriate signs are erect�d giv- <br /> ing notice ther�of, the driver of a vehicle on Ea�t Olive Street <br /> approaching North Clinton Street from either direction sha11 stop <br /> and yield the right-af-way to vehicles on North Clinton Strcet <br /> which have entered th� intersection of said streets or which are <br /> approsching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediat� ha2ard, <br /> but said dziver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may <br /> proceed at such tine as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, fir� or corporation who shall <br /> vfolate any of the provi�ions hezeof shall, upon conaiction, be fined <br /> not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor aore than $200.00 for �ach of- <br /> fense. <br /> Section 3.
