L. CASNER and <br /> CLARA H, CASNER requesting that premises described as: <br /> The South 655.61 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br /> of the South w�2st Quarter of Section 26, Township <br /> Z6 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , except <br /> the West 265.6 feet and the East 132.8 feet of <br /> the said described tract. Also, all parts of pub- <br /> lic highways lying within or next and adjacent to <br /> said above described territory; <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illino�is; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is sho�vn by affidavit that said petition is <br /> signed by all of the owners of record of premises in said above de- <br /> scribed property and by all of the electors residing therein; and <br /> WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Zncoxporated Town, <br /> or other Municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, not ice of i ntent ion to take act ion on��anne xa t ion of <br /> said territory has been given as provided by Statute. <br /> NOW THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR� ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
