That the contract between the Ci�y of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, and Blank and Wesselink & Associates for engineering <br /> services in connection with Corman Court Special Assessment <br /> Sewer District, a copy of which said contract is hereto attached <br /> and the same is hereby approved. <br /> Section 2.
