That the AGREEMENT, a copy of which is hereto ' <br /> attached and made a part hereof , between the STATE OF ILLINOIS and <br /> THE C ITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS , f or the ins tallation of traf f ic s ig- <br /> nals at Franklin and Decatur Streets; Jasper and Lake Shore Drive; <br /> and Monroe and Harrison Streets by the State and the contribution <br /> of the City to the State for its share of the costs of said improve- <br /> ment to be known as City Section 2-72 , TOPICS Project EHST-5169(4) , <br /> be and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
