I <br /> The CITY has adopted and will put into effect, prior to the STATE's ad- <br /> vertising for the work to be performed hereunder, an appropriate ordi- <br /> nance relative to the disposttion of encroachments and prohibiting in <br /> the future, any new encroachments within the limits of the improvement. , <br /> A copy of this ordinance is attached as "Exhibit A." <br /> 11. The CITY will , not authorize or permit any operation, practice or encroach- <br /> ment on the completed improvement which wi�11 change, impede or interrupt , <br /> the orderly flow of vehicular traffic without the prior approval of the �' <br /> STATE and the Federal Nighway Administration. it is understood that <br /> fai�ure on the part of the CITY to fulfill the responsibllity assigned <br /> here and under items 5 and 12 will disqualify the CITY for Federal-Aid <br /> participation in future projects for which the CITY has similar responsi- <br /> bilities until appropriate corrective measures are taken. <br /> (3) <br />
