Prior to the STATE advertising for work to be performed hereunder, the I�, disposition of encroachments will be cooperatively determined with repre- , sentatives from the CITY, the STATE and Federal Nighway Administration. I The CITY has adopted and will put into effect, prior to the STATE's ad- vertising for the work to be performed hereunder, an appropriate ordi- nance relative to the disposttion of encroachments and prohibiting in the future, any new encroachments within the limits of the improvement. , A copy of this ordinance is attached as "Exhibit A." 11. The CITY will , not authorize or permit any operation, practice or encroach- ment on the completed improvement which wi�11 change, impede or interrupt , the orderly flow of vehicular traffic without the prior approval of the �' STATE and the Federal Nighway Administration. it is understood that fai�ure on the part of the CITY to fulfill the responsibllity assigned here and under items 5 and 12 will disqualify the CITY for Federal-Aid participation in future projects for which the CITY has similar responsi- bilities until appropriate corrective measures are taken.
