" ' ,. � ' - <br /> AGREEMi NT TO FURNISH PERSONI\'�I. <br /> FOR OF''CRATION OF PARKING GF\Rl1GF_S <br /> THIS AGREFMENT, made thi�(�;�Lday of March, I972, by and betrveen <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, A Municipal Corporation, hereinafter re- <br /> -"� ferred to as CITY and DOtn1fJT06JN DECATUR COUNCIL, INC., A Corpoxation, <br /> hereinafter referred to as OPERATOR. <br /> For and in considezation of the covenants, agreements and con- <br /> ditions hereina�ter set forth City dces hereby contract and agree with <br /> Operator for the furnishing of personnel and supervision .ta operate the <br /> off-street motor vehicle parking facilities owned by City and commonly <br /> �known as: <br /> i•iVPS Garage A - located on Noxth Jackson Street between <br /> East �9illiam and Fast Prairie Street; <br /> MVPS Garage B - located on North ��Iatcr Street bet�ueen <br /> East Fldorado Strcet and �ast North �t.reet ; <br /> and MVPS Garage C - located on Soutn Franklin Street bet�tieen <br /> East Wood S�;reet and East M.ain Street, <br /> all in tne City of Taecatur, Illinois, for the period of three (3) years <br /> beginning on the lst day of April, 1972, and endin� on the 31st day oi <br /> March, I975, unless soon�r terminated as elsewhere provided hexein. <br /> IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. Operatox agrees to Purnish such personnel and supervision as <br /> shall, under the direction and at the discretion of the City, be necessary <br /> or desirable to operate the aforesaid parking facilities in a sa:fe, <br /> efficient, courteous and adequate manner and to comply with all laws <br /> and with all ordinances oI' the City of Decatur from time to time appli- <br /> cable to the operation of said facilities. <br />
