TENER to rezone premises described as follows : Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in 31ock Two (2) of Hiygins Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 97, Page 115 of the Recor_ds in the Recorc3er 's Office of NIacon County, Illinois, situated in the City of Decatur, Coun�y of Macon and State of Illinois; from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petitior. be denied. NOW THEREFOFtE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TH� COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, disapproved. , Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLIPdG DISTRICI �o ' O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. SEction 3. That the Districts hereinabove msntioned are those districts set forth and define� in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, , and all tne provisions, regulations, restrictions and re�uirements , therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out here- in shall be sho�vn and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Orclinance No. 3512 provided and said clistricts be, and they are hereby, amendecl and changed as he rein set forth.
