BEAMAN, ACTING DI RECTOR OF THfi DfiPARTMENT OF COI�I[JNI TY DfiVEIAPMfiN T, to re z one pre- mises described as followss Part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 2 Sast of the 3rd P.M. Cotanencing at the Northea�t corner of sa id Section 4, th�nce sou th along the Sast line of sa id Section 4 for a di�tance of 529 feet, thence South 88 degrees 33 minutes West to a point on the West line of Lot 3, Block 1, R. L. Wade 's Addition of Outlots as pe r Plat recorded in Book 958, pag� 24 of the Records in the Recorder 's Offic� of Macon County, Illinois, extended North, said point being t::e point of be- ginning of the description; thence south along the extended west line of said Lot 3 for a distance of 260 feet; thence arest to a point 183 feet West of the Sast line of said Section 4; thence North 100 feet; thence West 110.17 feet; thence North 160 feet; thenc� North 88 degrees, 33 ninutes East 260 fe�t to the point of beginning; from R-1 SINGd.B FAMILY RESIDfiNCB DISTRICT to B-2 COI�iERCIAL DIS- TRICT; and WHEREAS, the D�catur City Plan Commission recommended that the pYaqer of said petition be granted. NOW THBRBFORE, Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THB QOUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recoame ndation of the DecatuY City Plan Commission be, and the sane is hereby, approved. Section 2. Tha t said above described prenises be, and they are hereby, rezoned froa R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RBSIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONQ�RCIAL DI STRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts s�t forth and defir�ed in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, co�monly known a� the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, r�strictions and reqvirements therein set forth shall apply to tht premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises a� set out herein shall be sho�vn and verifi�d on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provid�d and �aid districts be, and they are here by, amended and changed as herein set forth.
