' ,i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPBRTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of December, 1971, after notice <br /> as requized by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Co�ission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of ROBERT L. IAGAN AND <br /> OTI�RS to rezone premises described as follows: <br /> A part of the West Half of the Northw�est Quarter <br /> of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township <br /> 16 North, Range 2 Sast of the 3rd P.M. , more par- <br /> t icularly described as follovvs: All of tha t tract <br /> or parcel of land lying between the center line of <br /> North Water Street and the west line of Kenmore Sth <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 982, page 25 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, and said west line� produced north <br /> to the north line of said Quarter Quarter Section <br /> and betv�een the north line of said Quarter Quarter <br /> Section and the north line of Kenwood Avenue, except <br /> the East 25 feet and the South 100 feet of said tract <br /> or parc@1; <br /> from M-1 LIC�[T INDiISTRIAL DISTRICT, B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DIS- <br /> TRICT, and R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDSNCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DIS- <br /> ff'RICT; and <br /> WHBREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recom�ended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> I�W THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINfiD BY THE �UNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DBCATUR� ILLINOIS; <br /> Secti.on 1. That the recotemendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Crnamission be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> Sectir�n 2. That said above descxib�d premises be, and <br /> they are hereby, rezoned from M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, B-1 <br /> NBIC��iBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT and R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDSNCfi DIS- <br /> TRICT� to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> therein set forth shall apply to the pre�ises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
