INVESTl�NTS, INC. AND OTI�RS to rezone premises de�cribed as follows: Th� North 460 feet of the Bast 4'70 feet of the Noxtheast Quarter of Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 2 fia�t of the 3rd P.M., except those portions dedicated for Sast Mound Road and North Woodford Streets; fro� R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCB DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGNBORHOOD SHOP- PING DISTRICT; and WHfiRSAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said p�tition b� granted. NOW TNEREFOI�, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF DSCATUR, ILLINOIS: Sectio� 1. That th� recomm�ndatio n of the Decatur City Plan Commis�ion E�, and the same is hereby, appraved. Section 2. That �aid a bove describ�d premises b�, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLB FAMILY RESIDBNCfi DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGI-BORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly knc�wn as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulatians, restrictions and requirem�nts therein �et forth shall apply to the pre�is�s above d�scribed hezein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out here- in shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinanc� No. 3512 provided an d said districts be, and they are he re by, amended and changed as �rein set forth.
