That when appropriate signs are erected thereat, <br /> giving notice thereof, vehicles after having stopped and yielded <br /> the right-of-way in obedience to a traff ic control device showing <br /> a red light may proceed with caution to make a right hand turn in <br /> " the direction indicated at the following intersections: <br /> (a) East bound vehicles on Pershing Road approaching 27th <br /> Street; <br /> (b) North bound vehicles on 27th Street approaching Pershing <br /> Road; <br /> Section 2.
