That when appropriate signs are erected giv- <br /> ing notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Karen Drive approach- <br /> ing Mound Road From either direction shall stop and yield the right- <br /> of-way to vehicles on Mound Road which have entered the intersection <br /> of said streets or which are approaching so closely thereto as to <br /> constitute an immediate hazard, but saic� driver having so stopped and <br /> yielded the right-oF-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation ���ho shall <br /> violate any of the provisions hereof shall, upon conviction, be �ine� <br /> not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Tuo �iunc�red Dollars <br /> ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
