That all ordinances, resolutions and orders, <br /> or parts thereof, in conflict herewiLh, be and the same are hereby <br /> repealed and this ordinance shall be published once by the City Clerk, <br /> by publication in the �P��tur n,il« RPV7E?j�; , the same being a <br /> newspaper published in and having a genez•al circulation within the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, the date of such publication to be not <br /> more than thirt� days nor less than fifteen days prior to the date <br /> of the election at which this ordinance sh�,11 be submitted � to the � <br /> electors of said City of Decatur� for their approval, and this ordi- <br /> nance shall be in full forc:e and effect upon its approvrzl by a <br /> . , -��� <br />
