That when appropriate signs are erected giv- <br /> Y ing notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Samuel Street ap- <br /> proaching Faries Parkway from the south shall stop and yield the <br /> right-of-uray to vehicles on Faries Parkway which have entered the <br /> intersection of said streets or which are approaching so closely <br /> thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver hav- <br /> ing so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time <br /> as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined <br /> not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Turo Hundred Dollars <br /> ($200.00) for each offense . <br /> Section 3.
